Violations Minimum Wage
The Bureau of Labor & Worker Safety is authorized to make investigations whether there is reasonable believe that the minimum wage is or has been violated: e.g. wage not paid, overtime not paid, unauthorized deductions.
The Bureau cannot collect for vacation pay, sick leave, holidays or other employment benefits, wrongful dismissal, wrongful tax withholding.

You can also try to collect through a private attorney of by a small claims court, however: you cannot do both!
