I am a regional manager for a rental car agency. I currently am paid 47,500 per year plus 5% commission based on profit. I have benefits which include company matched 1/2 to 6% stock options and 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, 5 paid holidays. Company car with expense account for fuel.
